The room was very basic, it is not adequate for the high price. The shower cabin was damaged, did not close, it does not do justice to the name castle. The dinner was phenomenal, it is an upscale dining, the staff is also very friendly and attentive, very big performance. At breakfast, however, the eggs and scrambled eggs came after breakfast, the stove was probably broken? Also, sockets hung out of the wall, life-threatening, there must be thoroughly rehabilitated. The bar was also smoked inside, that does not work, the ashtrays were packed!

For a 3 star hotel very good. The breakfast buffet is in an annex building. The breakfast room is very nice and is ideal for parties. The food on the terrace in the evening is also recommended.

The best terrace in Rheinhessen. Great service and perfect host. Wonderful wine list and delicious food.

Unexpected wonderful surprise! I came upon this small country inn guided literally by Google maps. I wanted a place to stay near Frankfurt airport that was not the typical commercial Hotel and that is exactly what I got. I nice, clean no-frills room but with an outstanding little restaurant. I met the chef (and I suppose owner as well - Thomas Heinicke) and was treated to the nicest dinner (schnitzel and regattoni with mushrooms and beautiful wines from the region) that I had this whole trip. Dinner, the room for one night and breakfast for an unbeatable €115. I will now make it a point of coming back here every time I am near Frankfurt.

It is a nice hotel close to Mainz. Clean, confortable and staff is really nice. It is recommendable to go by car. Public transport does not offer too much options
